How do I create a booking?
Log in with your phone number, enter the 6-digit OTP, choose a vehicle, and confirm after selecting your dates and duration. Complete your profile once with name, email, phone, and NID before your first booking.
Do I need to complete my profile for every booking?
No. Once your profile is approved you can book instantly. Keep your details up to date and bring the original documents to pickup.
How are hourly and multi-day prices calculated?
Hourly rentals multiply the price-per-hour by the hours you select after choosing a start time. Multi-day rentals use the daily rate times the number of days, and we show the total before you confirm.
How do I pay for my rental?
Pay the owner directly at pickup. We currently accept cash and mobile wallets such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; online card payments are not available yet.
What documents should I bring when picking up the vehicle?
Bring the original National ID or passport you uploaded. Motorcycle bookings also require a valid driving licence; owners may refuse handover without the right documents.
Where do pickup and return happen?
Pickups typically happen in front of Hotel Cox ROTANA on Marine Drive. Agree on an exact pickup and return time or location with the owner during handover.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before the start time for a full refund. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to one day's rental; weather issues are handled case by case.
